I’ve worked to integrate AI agents into my workflows by first creating them for my personal life.
Using the best-practice prompt format from Zapier, I thought through my own tasks and created an agent to keep my priorities top of mind every morning.

And then sends me an email every morning at 7:00AM with what’s due today, what’s coming, and suggestions for tasks I might not have thought of that would help streamline. It also takes into consideration bigger projects coming up and splits up the work into manageable increments.
Result: I don’t miss important emails, and I maintain focus on what will move the needle each day.
