SUMMARY

I’m an operator with hands-on experience in community-led growth, partnership development, and building programs in trust-based environments. In my current work, I operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement in the startup ecosystem.

This means I translate complex needs into repeatable playbooks and motions.

GTM Strategy — Military Quality of Life Support

I recently developed a short exploratory GTM memo proposing a potential public-sector vertical for Zapier: supporting military families through the Department of Defense’s quality-of-life and Chaplain Corps channels by offering secure, role-appropriate AI agent training and subscriptions at the household level. This might seem like a stretch, but it is rooted in a deep understanding of both the military quality of life resources, household pain points, ICP felt need, and my own lived experience.

Administrative Burdens to Managing Life & Accessing Support

As a former military spouse, I lived the acute administrative and logistical challenges military families face, and Zapier could help improve families’ quality of life by freeing up cognitive load of domestic systems, and could also reduce institutional load by providing a forward-thinking solution to military family readiness challenges.

How I’ve Tested It: “I’m going to ask you to come train our squadron”

Over the holidays, I offered a short workshop to a few military members on how to build Zapier AI agents to streamline their domestic administrative tasks. The Air Force chaplain said they would reach out to me about hosting a workshop for their unit in the next 12 months to introduce families and service members to Zapier AI Agents. This was because he saw how useful it could be for families’ day-to-day quality of life. He signed up for Zapier and started building his own agents immediately.

What to Expect in this Doc:

The proposal focuses on ICP and buyer dynamics, a pilot-to-scale motion, and why Zapier’s automation-first platform is well suited to family-facing, high-trust use cases in regulated environments without requiring heavy product changes. I’m particularly excited about Zapier’s approach to AI as applied infrastructure, and I’d love to contribute where GTM strategy, experimentation, and execution meet. For this memo, I lightly used some AI prompt engineering to get the basic outline, but the content and ideas are all my own, with vigorous editing.
